Having offices in the UK and Qatar, the company’s vision is to provide forward-thinking technology and expert guidance that makes property and asset management easier, smarter, and more profitable.

Their flagship tool, the Qapi software, is designed to simplify every step of the investment journey: full-cycle due diligence, portfolio tracking, financial reports, multi-language support, and much more. 

The Qapi team partnered with Whales to help create impactful videos and a captivating presentation.

The Challenge

Our marketers had to break down the software’s complex features into simple, engaging, and persuasive content. A product demo video, for example, had to showcase the software’s functionality without overwhelming the viewer with too much information, so the production team focused on key features only.

Producing two high-quality videos (intro and demo) and a detailed presentation in such a short time meant moving fast with content creation and video production. Our production team had to manage scripting, storyboarding, and editing efficiently.

Fast feedback and approvals from the client were crucial, as any delays could impact the timeline.
