The key role in managing the sales development process in the company from initial contact to deal closing, keeping your finger on the pulse of industry trends, and achieving sales goals will all be on your monumental shoulders.

Requirement

Must have:

  • Experience working as a Sales Manager/Business Development Manager – more than 3 years.
  • Experience working in digital marketing agencies or MarTech / AdTech companies.
  • Experience with building sales processes for USA and EU markets.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English at a C1+ level.
  • Comprehensive understanding of digital marketing solutions and services, enabling effective client communication.
  • Proficiency in utilizing CRM software and various sales-related tools.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to carry video calls and offline meetings with motivation, emotion, and interest.
  • Possess an analytical mindset to interpret sales data and extract actionable insights.
  • Demonstrate a result-oriented approach, with a proven history of achieving or surpassing sales targets.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced industry, staying attuned to market trends and emerging technologies.
  • Humor, charisma, and a bit of “Mr/Ms Fixit” approach

Nice to have:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in Project or Account management would be considered an additional advantage.

What you will do

New Business Development:

  • Developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy that ensures the achievement of our business goals and expands our customer base.
  • Managing Outbound and Inbound marketing teams. Define target audiences and customer segments, prioritize goals and tasks.
  • Closing deals and generating revenue.
  • Managing the sales process from initial touch to deal closing.
  • Being responsible for key metrics such as number of leads, Lead2Sale Ratio, number of new clients, average monthly invoice, and average customer lifetime.
  • Engaging and qualifying Leads, understanding their requirements, and proposing suitable digital marketing solutions.
  • Development of sales flow patterns by different segments of buyers (CEOs, marketers, startup founders)
  • Delivering presentations and pitches to showcase the agency’s services to potential clients.
  • Crafting custom proposals and pricing models.
  • Negotiating contracts and terms to secure profitable deals.
  • Collaborating with the Marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns//hypotheses by validating them.
  • Assisting in assembling project teams by coordinating with the Recruiting and Partners teams.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with existing clients, becoming a trusted point of contact.
  • Working closely with the Delivery team to promptly address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
  • Ensuring effective communication to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.

Sales Performance Analysis:

  • Monitoring and evaluating sales metrics and KPIs to assess the success of sales strategies.
  • Maintaining an organized and up-to-date view of the sales pipeline using CRM tools.
