Requirement

Must have:
  • 3-4+ years of experience in the design industry, including marketing or advertising agency.
  • Upper-Intermediate or higher proficiency in English.
  • Familiarity with design principles, grid theory, layout, composition, typography, and color theory.
  • Hand drawing skills and high illustration skills.
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Keeping up-to-date with contemporary trends in the design industry.
  • Readiness to handle ongoing design routines like SMM posts and blog article design.
  • Excellent communication skills for participation in calls with clients and partners.
  • Ability to immerse in multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing illustrations, graphics, and web projects.
Nice to have:
  • Experience working with 3D design and animation using tools like After Effects.
  • Experience with or openness to using AI tools (such as Dall-E, Midjourney).
  • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams.

What you will do:

  • Develop illustrations, graphic materials, and brand identity.
  • Create visual strategies for multiple marketing channels.
  • Create graphic materials for websites, ads, social media, and other online resources. (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.).
  • Work on corporate presentations and sales collateral materials
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive design activities.
  • Participate in client calls to gather requirements and provide design updates.
  • Brainstorm ideas for visuals and brand identity with clients and colleagues.
  • Handle multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines efficiently.
